Founded in 2002, VisionQwest's Nursing Services opened and operated with two main objectives: expanding career opportunities for nurses and provide hospitals and skilled nursing facilities with qualified nurses who maintain high standards of patient care.
We provide Nurses to acute hospitals and long term care facilities with Temporary to Permanent Staffing. In 2004 VisionQwest commenced Sponsorship of Foreign Graduates for the long term intervention of the nursing shortage concern. We successfully petition experienced RNs from different countries. Due to rapid growth and continuing success of our company, we expanded our our offices to Makati, Philippines in 2004.
With our continued recruitment effort both locally and internationally, VisionQwest strives to meet the demands of all our contracted facilities and hospitals with our current pool of staff. Service Features
One of VisionQwest's strategies of helping to ease today's nursing shortage is to sponsor experienced foreign graduate RNs. Currently VisionQwest is actively recruiting foreign graduate RNs with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the acute environment. RNs who come from foreign countries under the employee-based sponsorship, undergo rigid screening and training to ensure their readiness to serve our clients.
