Our trained interviewers do the most comprehensive interviews of prospective caregivers possible, ranking each person on personality traits that are critical for success.
VisionQwest caregivers are hired and paid directly by VisionQwest so you don't have to worry about compliance with state and federal employment tax regulation. All of our caregivers are both bonded and insured for your protection.

Our Case Manager will assist families to determine a comprehensive care plan that will meet the needs and preferences of their loved one. Additionally, VisionQwest staff is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to provide assistance
