Michael L. Lodge, President & CEO In his capacity as the Senior Officer of the company(s) he has developed the accounting, tax and fraud examination services throughout the world. His background began by providing Chief Financial Services to various industries and giving direction to financial staff as to the planning, budgeting, consolidated financial reporting and corporate tax preparation and reporting. Working internationally with client firms in such industries as international shipping, manufacturing, construction and real estate, independent energy projects, mortgage banking, insurance, healthcare services, publishing and entertainment. The direction of the company is to develop the healthcare division so it is a leader in the industry, not just in providing skilled professionals but also management services. The company has opened satellite offices in Makati City Philippines, London UK and Dubai to cover our expansion plans on an international basis. The company continues to develop its expansion plans. Joseph Cabuhat, Executive Vice President & COO Mr. Cabuhat brings to the company a solid background in healthcare financial management, financial accounting standards and a very strong experience level in individual and business taxation. Joseph heads up the accounting and finance division of the company, as well as participating in the healthcare division. He is responsible for business development with new and ongoing clients throughout California and global locations. A major part of his role is to develop new resources of financial reporting for our clients and manage their day to day reporting issues in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and the Financial Accounting Standards Board. Mr. Cabuhat earned a B.S. in Accountancy from San Beda College in the Philippines. He holds a Philippine CPA License, is license to prepare taxes in the State of California, a member of the American Institutue of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). He is also a member of the American Academy of Financial Management, National Society of Accountants, National Association of Tax Professionals, California Tax Education Council and the American Association of Healthcare Consultants under VisionQwest. R. Angelo Taguibao CPA CIA, Management Accountant ? Mr. Taguibao comes to the company with the professional designations and corporate management and internal audit background to compliment the accounting activities of the company. Mr. Taguibao heads up the division known as VisionQwest Accountancy Group and works with all corporate clients of the firm in preparing their financial statements through corporate taxation. With his broad knowledge of GAAP and FASB, his experience in large corporations with international divisions, his strength of understanding accounting and finance, enhances the services that we provide our client on a global basis. Nathaniel C. Garganta Jr., RN BSN DSD, Director ? Review Center Operations: Mr. Garganta provides the company with strong clinical skills, keen familiarity and deep understanding of the operations and staff of various medical facilities in Southern California. He bring a true dedication to hard work in heading up the review center operations worldwide. He also has a solid teaching background in nursing schools as one of the lead faculty. He has worked in the hospital setting in the Medical Surgical / Bariatric Units, Admission/Discharge/Transfer nurse and Cardiovascular Unit Critical Care Services. In his role as Director of Review Center Operations he is responsible for all lesson plans for NCLEX-RN & CGFNS, supervisors all reviewers, and provides a full nursing seminar series to California Nurses and globally. VisionQwest has adopted the ?Nursing Community Investment Program? that provides free seminars to nurses in communities in which the company has offices once every year.
